The Coaching Inn Group has a particular passion for
lovely old historic coaching inns and we have a growing
number  of these iconic buildings in our collection.
We have established a reputation for refurbishing,
revitalising and breathing life back into these lovely
inns, creating elegant, comfortable and well-priced
accommodation, tempting menus, relaxed and stylish
bars and coffee lounges where friends, families and
business people can relax and enjoy everything we
have on offer.

Car Parking
There is a carpark directly behind the hotel which can be access from the road outside the front entrance.


Fire Procedures
For your comfort and safety, we ask all guests to familiarise themselves with the fire evacuation procedure and fire exits. Please read the fire notice on the back of the bedroom door.

Luggage Assistance
Please ask Reception for help with luggage or luggage storage at any time, 24 hours a day. Luggage may be stored in the hotel, without charge, for up to six hours after vacating your room.

Medical Assistance
Should you require assistance, please inform reception of call the local doctor’s surgery helpline 01980 623983. Th e nearest minor injury unit is Salisbury District Hospital, Odstock Road, Salisbury SP2 8BJ · 9.1 mile away 01722 336262. For more information please speak to reception.

No Smoking
Please be aware that the hotel, including all bedrooms, are non-smoking. The courtyard has designated areas for smoking. If guests are found to have smoked inside bedrooms, a will be made to cover further cleaning and freshening of the room. Each room is fitted with a smoke detector. Activation will incur further charges to the guest’s account.

We are a dog friendly hotel, with dedicated areas you can dine or relax with your furry friend. Dogs are allowed in the bar and coffee lounges, but not the main restaurant. We charge a fee to bring your four legged friend, so please call us ahead of time so we can make arrangements for you and your pet.

Please ensure that your bedroom windows and doors are closed when you leave the room. We would like to draw your attention to the Hotel Proprietors Act displayed in the Reception area and regret to inform you that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any guest’s property not handed in for safekeeping.
